These days I have got phone calls from my friends and my family who cared me, and I talked with them for some hours.
This is appreciated very much for me.
Such a fact always realizes us not to be alone even if we were solitary and moreover convinced that we are lonely and abandoned by others and the world (wir sind verlassen und können uns nicht auf Anderen oder die Welt verlassen.)

Now I am listening to a veteran Heavy Metal band from Germany, Gammaray's** brand-new work To The Metal!
I have nothing pleasant but to listen to Heavy Metal music.
