I am conscious that last year (12 months between Apr. '09 to Mar. '10 and a few days in Apr. '10) I had returned to my home town too much time.
Every year I go back there many times but last year I had stayed there for a longer time than usual as well as many returns of mine mainly because of the fact that my father was struck by heart failure and got handicapped.
Therefore I tried to count how many days I had stayed at my home town, Koriyama city, last year.
Apr. 03, 09-Apr. 08, 09: 6 days
*On Apr. 08 my father was struck down at his workplace about 11 a.m. just after I took a highway bus in order to go back to Tokyo.
Apr. 10, 09-May. 08, 09: 28 days
May. 16, 09-May. 19, 09: 4 days
Jul. 04, 09-Jul. 08, 09: 5 days
Aug. 07, 09-Aug. 20, 09: 14 days
Sep. 21, 09-Oct. 07, 09: 18 days
Oct. 30, 09-Nov. 17, 09: 18 days
Dec. 30, 09-Jan. 05, 10: 7 days
Jan. 24, 10-Jan. 28, 10: 5 days
Feb. 12, 10-Mar. 07, 10: 24 days
Mar. 26, 10-Apr. 08, 10: 14 days
Total: 143 days (about 5 months!)
This too long time of about 5 months can demonstrate how much I did not (and of course was not able to) concentrate on my study last year.
It is NOT a excuse for last year but a review, a reflection for this year.
However today my mother told me that she felt sick and had a headache when we were talking with each other on the phone today.
I cannot help worrying about my mother as well as my father.

ReplyDeleteYes, as you heard from someone else, Apr. 15th at Shibuya, Tokyo I took in a Heavy Metal show by two bands from Germany, Gamma Ray and Rage. And I have already written the article about that show in Japanese with about 24000 letters. (Please ask someone how many letters 24000 letter-texts are in Japanese.) But I need much time to translate that Japanese article into English or German. OK, I will make a translation little by little or write a digest. Please wait a while!
