Today in the noon it was deadly hot almost all over the land of Japan.
About 0 p.m. at the center of Tokyo (Otemachi, 大手町) the temperature rose to 35.9 degrees centigrade (see here*.)
So I watered the concrete veranda with the bucket in order to drop the temperature.
...But that might be just a drop in the bucket or might be just like watering a heated stone. lol

And these days I have cleaned up my room little by little because my youngest brother is going to visit Tokyo next weekend.
Today in the morning I cleaned an electric fan which was covered with dust all over.
This fan had been used for a long time by my late grandmother and was given me from her. It is like one of her mementos for me.
By the way, it was covered with dust NOT because I had not used it BUT because I was always, in summer or winter, day or night, using it.
I was bare to the waist during scrubbing the fan.
I broke into a lot of sweat and was soaked in it therefore I took a bath just after that.
Feel so good!
And he must be happy for becoming clean!
He, SF-30R, was manufactured by one of biggest consumer electronics companies in Japan, Toshiba**.
According to Toshiba's website*, he was born in 1969! He is 41 years old!
The product by a Japanese manufacturer lives a long life. lol
(However, I have repaired once a cord of this fan which was nearly broken.)
