Today in the evening about 11:32 p.m. a magnitude 7.4 7.1 earthquake whose center was located in the offing of Miyagi prefecture struck and Tokyo was hit by an level 3, Koriyama by level 5-, Iwate by level 6-, Miyagi by level 6+ earthquake (see here*.)

My family and brother in Koriyama are all right.
Of cource I am ok.
Soon after the earthquake one of my friends (Mr.S) there sent me an E-mail that he and his family were all right, too.

According to Japan Meteorological Agency (気象庁), it is possible that this earthquake was an aftershock of the March 11th earthquake whose magnitude was 9.0.
And, by the way, this aftershock is larger than 7.3 magnitude of Great Hanshin earthquake**.

Attention: Apr. 8th JMA corrected the magnitude from 7.4 to 7.1 (see here*.)
Therefore also this article was corrected at the same time.
