In the evening about 8 p.m. I visited Tonikaku, Matsudo (松戸・兎に角) with my brother in order to eat ramen.
We had to wait in line for about 20-30 minutes.
Outside of the shop and waiting line
I chose extralarge-sized tsukemen (つけ麺特盛, 500g, 950 yen) but he chose large-sized aburasoba (油そば大盛, oil-sauced broth-less ramen, 375g, 850 yen.)
I had never eaten aburasoba at this shop therefore I asked him to give a bite of it to myself.

Much more delicious then I expected!
I will choose aburasoba next time I visit this shop.
He said that it was very delicious and he wanted our mother (noodle junkie!) to eat it.
And he ate it up all easily, much earlier than I "because it was delicious," he said.
If you are looking for very good aburasoba, you should try to eat aburasoba at this shop!

油そばは見た目では胃にきそうですね(^_^;)しかしあなたが「うまい」というのであればそれはやはりうまいのでしょうね
やきそばのように、麺に直接味を絡めてあるように見えますが、スープが入っているわけではないのでしょうか？

油そばは、茹でた麺を水切りしてから油ソースで和えています。具材と炒める焼きそばとはちょっと違いますが、カップ焼きそばと調理法のイメージは近いかもしれません。スープは入っていませんが、兎に角の油そばのユニークな点は、あとから割りスープ（無料）を注文することができ、これを丼に入れることによって、味の変化を楽しむことができるのです（スープを入れたあとの油そばは、もはやラーメンに近いものですが）。
