I ate dinner with Rick & Kaz at Yayoi-ken (やよい軒), Kunitachi.
At first I promised only Rick to have dinner together but on the way to where to rendezvous with him, I encountered Kaz really by chance on the street in front of Kunitachi station.
We left each other 8:30 p.m. because they had to attend a meeting for the dormitory they lived in starting since 9:30 p.m. and they called this meeting "NPA" sc. "the National People's Assembly" (全人代; 全国人民代表会議) of China.
In other words, they thought that this meeting was just rituals and meaningless.
I went to bed earlier, about 10:30 p.m. because last night I stayed up all night and was very tired.
But about 11:30 p.m. my cellular phone received E-mails from them both.
They said that "NPA will keep on going more" (Rick) or "NPA is very hard" (Kaz.)
Of course it was in the next morning after I woke up that I read them.
And I do not know when it came to an end.
