Goodbye Germany

Spain defeated Germany 1-0 in the World Cup semifinals though Germany did their best.

And very very surprisingly, Paul the octopus' prophecy came true! (see this article** written on Jul. 4!)
This oracle octopus lives at an aquarium in Oberhausen, Germany, and all of his prediction that Germany wins every match in the World Cup had come true.
But before this game he foretold that Germany would be defeated by Spain, which also ironically came true again! Wow!
Germany people must never eat him. lol

  1. Hello,

happy birthday!! All the best to you for the next year. Little late, sorry....
Thanks for cheering for Germany. I think they played very well and coming in third place is great. Japan did well too.
Being in Germany right now the atmosphere during the games was very nice. Everybody was watching outside, having barbecues and fun..
    Take care, see you

  2. Thank you for your comment and birthday greetings!

As I reported here, I watched the games on TV at home inside almost always alone because they started at midnight in Japanese Time.
A TV news said that at some cities in Tokyo or Osaka, for example, Shibuya soccer fans enjoyed the Public Viewing with drinking liquors.

And I like barbecue. I wanna eat it! lol
