Ramen Dai Horikiri

It was raining gently.
About 8 p.m. I visited Ramen Dai Horikiri (らーめん大 堀切店) with my brother.
This was the second time for me and the first time for my brother to visit Dai Horikiri.
I came here because the master of Dai Hongo said that Horikiri served miso ramen (味噌らーめん).

Outside of Dai Horikiri

Inside the shop only the both-tatoo-armed (両腕にタトゥーをキメた) man was at work, whom I saw when I visited it last.
There were 3 customers before us.
He was impolite to customers, which was the same as I visited this shop last and dissatisfied my brother so much.

Miso ramen

I chose middle-sized miso ramen (味噌らーめん 中盛) (850 yen) and my brother normal-sized ramen (らーめん小盛) (650 yen.)
This is the first time for me to eat Jiro(-inspired) miso ramen.
Rather good! I might be into Jiro miso ramen.
It tasted hot and spicy therefore I got a little sweats.

But we found out that noodles were not disentangled enough in each of our bowls (see a photo below,) also against which my brother has a complaint.
About 8:30 p.m. we left the shop.
Although we took Keisei Main line train (京成本線) in order to come to Horikiri-shoubuen station (堀切菖蒲園駅), the nearest station by Dai Horikiri and it was still raining, we went north by walk to JR/Subway Ayase station (JR/地下鉄綾瀬駅) from Dai along Tokyo Prefectural Road 314 (都道314号線).
It was about 9 p.m. that we got to Ayase station.
