I ate ramen at Ramen Jiro (ラーメン二郎), Tachikawa city.
I chose a large size. It serves a large size and a small one.
Ramen which Jiro gives us is not just any ramen.
Even its small-sized ramen is not "small" and larger and more oily than maybe you expect.
Jiro is not ramen but just Jiro.
Among ramen fans those who love Ramen Jiro are called "Jirolian".
And one of members from an American Rock band, Sonic Youth, told that he loved Jiro and was a Jirolian when they came to and played on a Rock festival in Japan, Summer Sonic, this year (see this Japanese blog).
A stiff neck...for 4 days...
